Purchaser-Id
If you have questions about your subscription, I may need your Purchaser ID. This ID is anonymized and does not contain any personal information.
To find your Purchaser ID:
- Open the menu (•••) in the top right corner of the main view
- Select Settings
- In Settings, select Diagnostics (in the "Support" section)
- The second entry under Diagnostics contains the Purchaser ID
- Tap once on the row with the Purchaser ID and select Copy
Why does the Purchaser ID exist?
The Purchaser ID allows me to view information about your subscription and identify any potential issues with it.
Information I can access through it includes, for example:
- Do you have an active subscription?
- Were there or are there any billing issues?
- How many times has your subscription been renewed?
- ...
WorkTimes does not collect this information itself – I receive it from Apple.
