Buy WorkTimes Plus for your organization
Businesses and schools that use Apple Business or Apple School Manager can buy WorkTimes Plus for their team and assign it with their device management service. Team members don’t need to buy anything in the app.
Buy licenses
- Sign in to Apple Business or Apple School Manager with an account whose role can get licenses for apps and books.
- Choose Apps & Services > Apps and Books > App Store, then search for WorkTimes.
- Choose Plus Annual or Plus Monthly.
- Select the organizational unit, enter the number of licenses, then select Buy.
- Assign the licenses in your device management service.
For team members
After a license is assigned, open WorkTimes. WorkTimes Plus is available without buying anything. If Plus isn’t available, follow Restore a purchase or resolve missing access.
Change or cancel
You can add licenses, move unassigned licenses to another organizational unit, reduce unassigned licenses, or cancel the subscription in Apple Business or Apple School Manager under Apps and Books > Library. After cancellation, WorkTimes Plus remains available until the end of the current billing period. Recorded times stay in WorkTimes; Plus-only features become unavailable when access ends.
